The expected results of the project are:

• A common definition of the competence set “integration competences”
• A blended learning training course for providers of integration measures on how to use validation as a means to stimulate reflection on and the acquisition of integration competences
• National pilots in all partner countries
• National report on the feasibility of the approach and its impact
• Manual / guidelines on how to use the VIC approach
• Good practice examples from the national pilots in terms of using validation in the integration measures
